Can Daniel come back as GM and Samantha at the front desk?!?! This place is awful since they left. Everyone I speak to is rude. I asked about a lead time for a basic service, and got an attitude off the bat before I could even finish speaking. I was just curious so I could plan accordingly. By no means was I pushing immediate quick service. I'm not sure what exactly happened to why everyone seems to rude here now, but it's ridiculous. I don't think they realize a lot of people who come here had 5 star service up until Daniel transferred elsewhere.. that's when everything fell apart it seems. I've over heard conversations to other customers mentioning "its a waste of time" for whatever service they were inquiring about. I have heard customers in person telling the people behind the counter how awful this place is with customer service. There is no need to be rude, and almost like you just don't want to service a car? It's everyone's job there.. if no cars are coming in, there isn't any business. Something needs to change at this location. I'll be trying the new location going forward that just opened to see if it's any better. Businesses get busy, it happens, but transparency and being professional is what people really want to experience.

We've been taking all of our family vehicles to Firestone for many years. I don't have any complaints. Everyone has been friendly and courteous, they are knowledgeable and explain what's going on with our cars and trucks so that I can understand the problem and how they can fix it. They have been easy to work with, do good work, and I trust them to do what needs to be done and for a very fair price.

Ahmed is an excellent sales and service specialist. I had an emergency with my vehicle and called the store. He advised me to bring it in and he'd take a look at it even though they were busy. Not only did he take a look at it, but he got me worked in, and I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks Ahmed..you're the best! Your customer service is awesome!

Was recently the Maintenance technician for this location. 1. the techs here are too notch, they make sure you're on the road asap and that your car is road worthy. 2. The company did me wrong stemming from corporate denying me my benefits. 3. The 1 star review is a result of the mark up price. My girlfriends oil change for a 2018 gmc terrain 1.6L was originally (before my employee discount) $130. I did it today with the same Pennzoil platinum 5w30 Dexos 2 and a K&N oil filter instead of their Pennzoil filter and only paid $34.87 after tax. 4. While working here the top priority was getting the next car done. Being a type one diabetic I was told by the service manger "get this next one done then you can go take your lunch" ...... At 4:03pm........
