At my last appointment with Dr. Jacobs Lyn , I ask for her to look at something , and she refused too and she made no attempts to address what I went there for , I left there with out getting any help for my Health Problems , It was a waist of time and money for me and that's the reason I hate going there , I get no help in the 7 years of going there , they get paid the same for not helping me and I know I'm not the only one

Makes no sense, Drs here can examine you over the phone now, without looking at you physically, literally!!! At first, when you would call a clinic or hospital, they would tell you "we can't diagnose a patient over the phone but now they can. I guess technology has really changed. I guess you can put the phone on your forehead to check temperature for during the phone examination! The ladies behind the desk are just sitting there talking amongst themselves

If I could give this place a zero star I would. Every time I call I'm on the phone 15+ minutes and no one ever answers. I called VG on June 25th, 2020 to set up an appointment. I left my number with the machine to get a call back and till this day I have yet to hear back from them. The only reason I haven't changed clinics is because of my doctor. Other than that I have no clue how this place is still up and running. This clinic either needs to fix their call system or change their receptionist staff completely.

My child has gone without his medication today at school because the doctor has not approved the hard copy refill, i ordered ahead of time, called a few times, the only information im giving is we will call you when its been approved. The doctor has been with patients all morning. Okay 3 days in a row, i called ahead as requested, its a friday now. What's going to happen if my child has a medical emergency from not having access to his medication because the doctor put it on the back board? Update Same day: after contacting the provided number everything was handled within a reasonable amount of time, THANK YOU Juan!

Contact the clinic closest to you to find out if they accept patients. Every clinic is different.

Hi Alice We are not part of OHSU. We do partner with Tuality Hospital (who is part of OHSU) but they are a completely separate entity.
Hi Anna, You need to call your clinic directly. There is a recording that will give you the on-call 800# to call for urgent medical needs. Clinic numbers can be found here: https://virginiagarcia.org/contact-us/
