This is a great place. It strikes a nice balance between fancy and fun. It's a great date night location, or a good place for co-worker happy hour. The food is always incredible and the drinks are really well done. This is definitely going on the top of my list of places to bring people when they visit Wilmington.

See update at bottom regarding cleanliness issue . Original post: Had dinner here recently, we ordered a strange combination of items to try and everything was delicious. Smash burger was tasty… fried rice side was very good , pizza was delicious. Strawberry tart dessert was incredible. Will definitely be returning to try more items. Update: just returned for our second visit and sadly our last… server picked up a menu off the floor and touched the floor when picking it up. He sat it on a clean serving station with salt and pepper shakers and rolled silverware and came over to ask if we needed drink refills while we waited on our food. Since we saw him touching the floor, we asked if he could please wash his hands. He developed an attitude and found it necessary to tell the two ladies at the hostess station we had requested him to wash his hands, which prompted them to shoot an, “Are you kidding me look” in our direction. At this point we got up to leave without eating. We told the hostess we were cancelling our order, offered to just pay for our soda and had to explain to her why we did not want to eat at an establishment where serving staff pick up items off the floor, do not wash their hands, get offended when you ask them to, and then go talk about their customers…sadly won’t be back- disappointing because the food was good.

Excellent dinner. Oysters, pork belly, blt deviled eggs, crab cocktail and short ribs... Everything came out as hoped, looking nice and hot. Our server was pleasant and very attentive. We had a great time.

Burger and filet mignon sandwich were exceptional! Melt in your mouth kind of food and cocktails were delicious. Very hard to get a reservation on weekends!
