Buyer Beware – Poor Waiter Service, Duplicate Credit Card Charges If you go to Brandywine Prime, be very aware that waiter service has declined measurably and be sure to check your credit/debit account for incorrect and/or duplicate card charges. The owner will not do anything to reverse incorrect and/or duplicate charges to your card – you will have to contact your bank to reverse via their fraudulent charge process. As for waiter service, our waiter (older male waiter) gave us the appetizer at the same time the entrée was served, left empty drink glasses after bringing fresh drinks, forgot to order the entrée side dish of mushrooms, and lacked minimum attentiveness. To add insult to a very sub-par dining experience at what used to be a fine establishment, the waiter submitted a different tip amount (higher amount than specified) than what was written on the bill. Then, as if that was not bad enough, this establishment submitted two duplicate diner charges. Despite one week of efforts to get management to resolve, the owner turned a deaf ear and failed to do anything. So if you go – buyer beware and check your credit/debit card right away for higher tip amounts and/or duplicate diner charges!

Carmen is the best. We always want to get his service when we eat here. I got the 14 ounce filet special with blue cheese and it was phenomenal. This is our go-to spot for steaks and dinner as its 4 mins from our house. I recommend driving to Brandywine Prime vs driving to center city any day. Everything is always great here.

Just a great all-around high-class restaurant. They're not high-class because they are pricey. It's the atmosphere, the lighting, the decor and the confidence and knowledge of the waitstaff. Ask them a question regarding the drinks or food and you'll learn something. Steak was cooked exactly as I desired. Great start to a memorable birthday celebration!

Delicious food and great service. I came with a bus full of people who, to me, seemed kind of hard to deal with. The staff was so friendly and polite to all the guests and I give them 5 stars just for their patience! The pumpkin ravioli were to die for and the chicken was so tender!
