This is a beautiful 55+ community. Everyone is so friendly. I like that all the homes are single story. They have many different floor plans. The residents are able to plant around their homes. There is a lovely recreation room. When I was there I saw a large group of residents partaking in an exercise. This was for everyone including those with walkers and limited mobility. I got a chance to experience the lunch room. It was beautiful and they had lots of options to choose from. Even if you are a vegetarian you had choices. They have many things posted for those who want to do activities. I happen to see them doing a painting project. What I like about this place is they respond to maintancs quickly. The staff was so friendly and willing to listen to me. They didn't quickly push me aside to go on their way. They do have a beautiful chapel. They have preformed weddings there as well as services. It felt like a secure , neighborhood.

Hi Ann, To answer your questions some more, I expect to be able to have a date for you by the end of the week. We have been waiting for our contractor to finalize one. With the construction industry the way it is right now, it is hard to pin down the different trades like plumbers and electricians to get exact dates from them. The particular model you are wanting - the Oak has a large living room / dining room and kitchen. It makes it very spacious and open. Perhaps the unit that you have now is just configured differently with the bedrooms being larger. Like I said, Tiffany will contact you and make sure you have all of the information you need. Thanks for your question. Our monthly service fee (Rent) depends on the size of the unit and the payment plan that you choose. All of our rates are posted on our web page under The Village Rates so that all can see them.
Hi David, I'm sorry to hear that. I always remember you as being so young and strong. The Village is an independent living community. We do not provide personal or medical care at all, so we would not be able to help you. Even if you could come here for your housing needs and bring in personal care for your medical needs, our waiting list is probably going to be too long to help you meet your needs now. I would suggest that you look into other Assisted Living communities. There is Powell Valley which is located right next to us. There is Cherrywood which has assisted Living and Cherry Blossom Residential care, as well as many others in the community. Hope you find something that works for you..... Dennis

Ihave only my bed,cat (indoor cat) clothes,tv. Do you have studio apts ? Laundry hook up? If no studio 1 bd . And how much a month ? Can i tell you how much my Income Is ?
Yes they do...i believe same requirement as apartments 20 lbs. or less
