U-Haul will change your reservation the night before. This happened to me twice and each time they moved my reservation 45 minutes away I will never use them again

I reserved my uhaul at 915 am. The man got to his own store at 1010 am. My reservation was for 4 hours so 115 pm was my end time. Because he got there late the end time should bave been 215 pm but he instead harassed me to get back at 115 because he had another reservation. None of that was my problem and I'm very dissatisfied with that customer service.

Excelent! Really very fast, easy and a Mr. who was at the location when I went to fix a mistake that I made was very patient, didactic and kind to me. The next day when I went to pick up the vehicle, everything was very practical and although I have not returned it yet, I am very happy with the service so far.Thank you u-haul

Truck had gas and was clean. That's the good. The bad - the staff inside doesn't answer the door after repeated knocking and hellos. I even saw them in the back and they just ignored me. I downloaded the app and managed to get the truck that way after 30 minutes. Others were still standing around trying to get in when I drove off. They didn't provide me with the furniture dolly so that made moving really hard and they didn't warn me either. They also wouldn't sell moving supplies like boxes or tape. Just awful customer service. Don't rent from here.
