Please understand the yard and the marina are separate. Our experience is just with the marina and it has been nothing but fantastic. Other poor reviews I'm assuming are dealing with the yard. Dennis the Dock Master has been amazing. He's worked with us everyday and is always asking what he can do to help. The curtesy bikes are actually rideable and the curtesy vehicle is perfect for grabbing provisions and other necessities. The bathrooms are extremely clean, laundry facility is affordable and the grills are top notch, new and clean. For a month the marina is fairly priced for all that comes with it.
