I’ve debated for a long time if I should write a review on this store, and I decided I should. This incident took place months ago and has bothered me since because I loved going into this store and getting supplies here. I purchased a large piece of Garnett there and wanted it to be made into a necklace, they said they were able to do it and it would take a couple days. I agreed and they said they would call in a couple days when it was ready. I called a few days (maybe 5, I cant remember exactly) after I dropped it off to see if it was ready for me to pick up. The girl said it was not ready yet, and it would be ready tomorrow and they would call. I said okay, thank you. The next day I didn’t receive a call, so the following day I called to see if it was ready for me to pick up (again) the whole time being nice and respectful. The girl rudely said it was, in fact, not ready. She sounded really annoyed in me calling and a little hostile, so I proceeded to tell her that I was going to come pick up my stone after work today and that I would find another way to make it into a necklace. I did that only because (and call me strange if you will) I felt a negative energy would be absorbed into my stone if she did eventually make it for me. I went to pick up the stone and when I arrived the owner told me very rudely that her employee couldn’t make the necklace for me because she had a death in the family. Since that was never told to me, I had no idea, but still I was highly uncomfortable when I went to pick up my stone. The owner really seemed to want me to feel like I did something wrong here, like I was such a bad person for wanting the jewelry to be finished. I left with my stone and called the owner again later that day, saying that I had no idea the girl had a family matter to attend to, all I know is that she said a couple days, and it turned into a little over a week with no call from them, I had to call each time. I addressed the owner by saying the way she told me was bad business, and made me feel highly uncomfortable. TBH I did feel really insulted with the whole situation and I really liked to shop here, it was right down the street from where I live and they had nice stuff. I still get upset because I feel like I wouldn’t be welcomed in there even though I didn’t do anything wrong. It was the owner who really gave me a bad vibe and who I had a problem with. This is literally the only review I’ve ever wrote in my life, but I feel it needs to be read about this place.

I’ve recently began my spiritual journey and this store was just what I needed!! The owner has an amazing store and she is also very knowledgeable and has a peacefulness about her that is very welcoming. I explained where I was in my journey and what I was looking for and I left with some much needed guidance and more importantly a beautiful crystal! If you are looking to begin your journey and want to physically see and touch some crystals this is the place. And the prices were very reasonable. FYI this is my first google review.. that’s how amazing this store is.
