Do not take your car to get worked on at the Charlotte Hall, MD Mr. Tire. They are rude and do not know how to work on vehicles. My husband took his car to get a simple oil change, next day there was an oil leak in our garage where he parks. I thought maybe it was just when they changed the oil it may have leaked on the bottom of the car and it's just leaking from that. Nope!! Day after that two more oil leaks show up, so let my husband know and come to find out they never tightened the oil plug. NEVER taking my vehicles there again!!!

HONEST!! Thought I needed some work done and requested it from the shop. Estimate was $500+. John called later and let me know the work was not needed and recommended against it. The shop could have just performed the work and charged me since I requested it, but opted to be professionals and advise me differently. Thanks, will always take my business to this location.
