We are currently staying at the relax inn in laurel delaware right now for the second time. We stayed long term the first time. It was for a little over a year. And we've been here this time for very 2 months. No roaches either of the stays. Always has exterminators here treating and preventing any bugs. No bed bugs. Lots of tenants here. But the manager and his wife are absolutely awesome. Always making sure we have everything we need and asking if we are okay or if need anything. Poppy and his wife celebrated 42 years and both work hard to keep this place nice and never let any drama go on. Excellent management

If I could rate this a zero star I would . You can't understand the owners are the people that work there they tell you one price and when you get there it's a whole different price it doubles . They say they are pet friendly but when you get there they are not. We came all the way from Virginia and had to go all the way back to Salisbury to get a room that night.

I Couldn’t Sleep, I Was Freaked Out & Ready To Go Home, I Seen Roaches 🤮 & My Body Is Itchy Bad I Don’t Know If It’s Something In The Bed Bedding Me 🤦🏽‍♀️ & The Rooms Are Dirty & Smells Like Roach Spray! I Hope I Don’t Bring Any Bedbugs Home 😭, & When I Turned On The Shower Roaches Was Felling Out The Shower Head So Be Careful When You Come Here & The People In The Front Dont Understand English, I’m Not Coming Here Again Bad Experience

For $55 a night for a double bed room wasn't bad. Although, you hear every car pass on 13 right in front of your door, and the shower fan didn't work. The bed was really dingy but I brought my own sheets, was still uncomfortable.
