Very disappointed in the salad I got tonight. Caps Chopped salad is supposed to have salami, capacolla, and peppered ham. My salad only had peppered ham. This is not the salad I am use to getting at Cappriotti's!!!!

We ordered here through Uber eats. When our order arrived we found multiple items missing, the BBQ chicken sandwich I ordered was made with beef, we got a salad with zero dressing, and the soup tasted like it came from a can. 1 out of 5 is totally fair for our order today.

Havent been here in 3 years, and a different location 3 years ago, one thing i can say us consistent is the subs have nothing on them hardly, and wayy over priced. I figured i would try it again before knocking them. Subway beats this local chain, hands down! Disappointed to no extent

I had a coupon for a buy one get one small sub on the mobile app, so I ordered 2 small bobbies and a brookie. They came out great. I called and ordered over the phone and they said 15 mins, I got there in 10 mins and they were done. The subs tasted great, the only thing that got on my nerves was that there were a few small bones in the sub. Overall it was delicious and I'll be back.
