I was taken out to eat by my sister who is from outta town and we both love sea food so we choose Red Lobster, the plate we ordered was a 21.99 plate w/2 sides which was cold slaw for both fries and 1diff for other. The cold slaw taste like it was mildewed. It should have been thrown away and never served. The fish looked as if it was divided into four little pieces fried and put on our plates. I expected better for 21.99 come on never again. But that slaw if eaten could have made someone sick.

We did curbside pickup. I am so very disappointed! I ordered the shrimp linguine Alfredo. The noodles were dry no seasoning! The salad was wilted and the biscuits were hard and cold (I ordered 6 additional biscuits)! I wasted money! This is the second time I have ordered takeout through them and it was horrible then as well ( the food was cold)! I am done!!!!!! Of course we added a tip as well! Every cent down the drain!

Good afternoon would like to post publicly of the phenomenal service that I and my group of 30 received on 3-13-22. Planned a retirement party for my colleague. The Manager who I spoke to was very friendly and assured that she had staff that could accommodate the large group. This was very important to me cause I had been to one of your competitors who was not able to accommodate such a large group. I was able to decorate and the Manager who was on duty for the evening even offered to refrigerate the cake. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. They assisted us in what ever we needed I want to thank the entire staff for great service with a 😃. A wonderful time was had by all. Thank you Again and I will recommend to friends. Come on guys. I know it’s short everywhere but this was just a mess. I placed an online order for curbside about 1 hour in advance. My husband got there and waited for over 20 minutes so he decided to go in. Let’s not forget that I paid $5 for a tip for curbside and he still had to go inside. While inside, they had 2 hostesses and 1 mentioned it wasn’t her job to run food out. That was so unprofessional. What happened to teamwork? It may not be in your job description but how long does it take to run food out? Especially after I already tipped on my card? My food was ice cold, they mixed the fries with the lobster and pasta, and I had about 4 Brussels sprouts as my side. Just a mess. You guys need to get it together. I spent $70 on a horrible meal. Management, please please, try to work on this issue. If you’re not going to offer curbside, don’t have it as an option. I want my $5 back!!!!

You may pay ahead and select curbside pickup when you place your order. Then drive up to one of the designated curbside pickup parking spots at the restaurant where you placed the order, and call the phone number indicated on the sign at the parking space to let the restaurant know you have arrived. A Red Lobster employee will bring your order hot and fresh to your car.
I have no idea where to go in Dover I'm no longer there... I'm back in Pittsburgh Pa
