My car stopped about a few minutes away from this Firestone on my way home from the beach during Memorial Day weekend. Thankfully this location was open and was able to fix my car in a quick enough time to make it to the rest of my 3 hour journey. I also received a call 30 mins into my trip back to make sure that the car was driving smoothly. Thank you to Michael and Brad for making an unexpected experience more pleasant.

Have used this location for years and the amount of disrespect that answered the phone has made it to where I refuse to take my car there ever again. With everything going on and short staffing issues i am very patient but when i get hung up ok after being on hold for ever was strike 1 then when I call back and mention i was on hold but someone just hung up on me the guy got an attitude and stated "yea it was me and and im very busy just give me your name and number ill call you back" I chuckled and said no thank you I will gladly take my business elsewhere. Went ahead and called corporate to maybe share some insight so they can improve in the future ill take my car to I.G. Burton in lewes where I've always had excellent experience!

I had an issues with my vehicle and before I walked inside an employee came right out to help. Very respectful and knowledgeable staff!

My mother has used this location for over 15 years but is done with Firestone for her car care needs. She purchased tires on a monthly no interest plan to accommodate limited senior income. She was hospitalized and when she called to make her payment after being released, she was told she'd be charged over $70 in interest for not paying on time after making months of on-time payments. She explained she didn’t have anyone to make her payment while in the hospital for a week. Firestone corporate evidently does not care. This is good to know if you end up in the hospital unexpectedly. Don't set up a payment plan unless you have a contingency for when you cannot pay until after you get released from hospital care.

No clue. I have heard of companies using 5w-30 instead of 5w-20 because the 30 is a thicker weight and tends not to thin out as much as a 20 in warmer conditions. So if they use 5w 30 instead of 5w 20 it wouldn't be that big of a deal but I would definitely push for them to change your oil immediately to the 5w 30. I also had my rear brakes replaced and they offered me a brake fluid flush as well. 6 months later in southern MD I got my oil change at Jiffy Lube and turns out the "flush" they performed was a "transfer", which if you didn't know the difference there is one. Firestone is good but not sure about this location.
