Stopped in last week to get some information and some pricing. Olga and Erick were friendly and super helpful! I even got to check out one of the empty storage units that were available that day! Will definitely be coming back to get a unit after I move!

The office attendants really goes above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of however the company is starting to leave a bitter taste in my mouth after a sudden 25% increase on my rent. After more than 10 years I got used to just a 5% increase which is manageable. Now, I'm considering a move.

The Company Manager “Erick” who I met moving in, never lost his patience with me when I was ready to downsize to a smaller unit; from my original very large size unit. He then helped me enter into a contract and move me to a smaller unit and buy new keys, boxes, and 50 other questions I had about getting into the gate. Through it all was so kind and never made me feel like I was an idiot. Over the next year, my health deteriorated and he was once again wonderful helping me register with a new credit card and wasn’t annoyed that he had to call me to get the new credit card information. He continued to be so polite and helpful. My experience was wonderful because of his help and genuine treatment. Nowadays you can’t find anyone to go out of their way to help a customer and be so nice. Thank You Erick ❣️

My experience at Extra Space Storage has been nothing short of amazing. Gary has been a huge help every time I have been there. From helping set up my account, showing me how to navigate to my unit, and having an incredible personality, Gary really has made my experience at ESS great. Erick has also been of great help.
