I have attempted to make two separate appointments, both *several* weeks in advance, only to receive a phone call days before my scheduled appointment that I need to reschedule my appointment. One voicemail said the online booking portal was displaying times that weren’t actually available, and the other voicemail said it was because a surgery got scheduled. I don’t understand why surgery is being scheduled over other patients’ scheduled appointments, and why other clients have to reschedule to make room for last-minute changes. This is unfortunately the second time the same exact situation has happened to me. Do NOT book an appointment online with Banfield Wilsonville if you are looking for reliability!

Had to put our 14 yo pitbull to sleep yesterday. The staff here made it as comfortable as possible. This included a private room and all the time we wanted. Before this, this Banfield pet hospital took great care of his health!!! They caught things other veterinarians had missed, likely helping our boy live what is a long life for a pitbull. Thank you Banfield!! And to anyone reading this. Take a minute and give your pet a giant hug!! One day they won't be with anymore. Thank you to my dog (Capone) you enriched our lives every minute you were with us

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
