This branch of Traders makes a good spot for us. Most of the products are fresh and really good. We love their fruits and dairy products. Little store yet a lot of products to choose from. We always get Orchids and fresh roses atleast once a month. Their prices are competitive and for us its good. The only thing is their parking. Very narrow and since its a complex place so many people goes in and out from different commercial place around it. Lucky if you easily get a spot. All in all we still come here regularly.

Staff is always lively and helpful. Theres always a wider arange of ideas for everything from drinks to meal or snacks. And the best Mac and cheese out there.

TRUE STORY (Darq Raptor)

I was standing in an aisle looking for some snacks. I was there well over 10 minutes Tom and Jack were having a conversation about employee relationships and how they don't work. Neither one acknowledged me ask me if I needed help. Another person came in into the isle for all of 30 seconds and the both very nicely assisted him. When I commented on it Jack decided it was a good time to engage me in a staring contest with a smirk on his face that basically said to me "So What"! He told me I could have asked. I told said to him the other person did not have to ask because Tom went to him and ask him if he needed help. At that point he is in my face and told him that his customer service sucked and the best thing for him to do is walk away. Tom chose to take a different approach at that point and came over and apologized, he then asked if he can help with anything and offered to get the Manager if I needed. Atleast he attempted to correct the situation. Not that it should mean anything I was having a difficult time reading the packages when this happened I'm legally blind. A customer actually attempted to help me prior while thet were having there conversation and I was standing next to Tom. Jack came closer to Tom and continued talking as I picked up the almonds and the cashews and brought them closer to my face to be able to read them. If I was not obvious then something else made them not concerned with your customers. My family and friends spends a great deal of time and money every year in Teader Joe's how should we respond. Please Advise
