Stopped into get a coffee, I have their coffee subscription plan. The girl tells me I'm not in the system. I've had this plan since before the pandemic started. This has also happened to me at the West Babylon location. But when I open my Panera's app on my phone and I'm logged in it shows the subscription? I was so annoyed I left without a coffee.

I think it’s quite ridiculous to send smoothies that aren’t completely sealed through UberEats during Covid and flu season. Why aren’t the bags sealed either???? How do I know that someone didn’t cough in this?

I’d give this location maybe 2.5 stars. I ordered for delivery and they sent me the wrong sandwich. I called and they put my name in the book for a free sandwich. Later the next day I went to pick up my free meal and the customer service was good. They were just out of sourdough bread which may be expected if ordering later at night. However based on the reviews for the past 6 months this seems to be an ongoing trend with the current staffing. Other locations are more competent. Disclaimer: we are in a pandemic I give them a little grace, just get my sandwich right the first time.

Been here ever since it opened and it's just an overall great Panera especially since you think the service would be packed at the mall but it's not. Pastries are great, sandwiches are fresh, soup is hot tons of seating and the service is good. No complaints. It gets 5 stars because it's exactly what you expect from a Panera, not because it's the greatest cuisine over ever had. Lol
