AVOID this Mavis. My girlfriend dropped off her car for a full day and a half. She picked it up the following day and on the drive home, she finds out no alignment was completed as she had requested. She returns back to the store and tells them the issue. The front desk clerk disputes it and another mechanic backs up the clerk by telling her she needs to return another day. Fortunately for her, a trust worthy mechanic was willing to take a look at her car and confirmed no work was done for an alignment and tire balance. As far as I know, the work was completed after the fact she was charged. My experience is I took my car for an alignment. Mine was not bad at all beforehand but it was recommended by them as I recently did my brakes and purchased 3 new tires as needed. I get my car back the same day of the appointment only to find out my car now veers into oncoming gradually and I notice a small dent on my 2019 Honda Accord just below the gas door panel. I return the following day and the front desk clerk gets flustered when I mention the alignment is off and needs to be redone. He recommended I come back another day free of charge. I won't be returning there, neither will my girlfriend or her brothers. And I'll pass it on to my friends and family.

We’ve been taking our vehicles to this particular Mavis for quite a bit now, and the service is wonderful. Paul and Steve in the front of the shop are always so kind and professional. I cannot recommend this shop enough
