Alicia probably spent about 4 hours with me in total over 2 visits. She made all the calls to my outside insurance group which was very extensive in terms of providing and obtaining all the financial information plus codes etc. then she took her time to share with me the exact way the payment from the insurance would be delivered. Aside from this, her personality and the personal approach she took with me was a pleasure. On a light note - I told her I couldn’t believe how fast she typed which she shared her on-line typing class. I so enjoyed working with her and her phone follow up was immediate. I have been with KP for 16 years and have always appreciated the relationships I’ve developed with my providers. This one really was special. She is an excellent member of the KP team.

Miesha was great help today. Dr Nasser did very good when doing my filling I felt no pain. And the good part was Alicia took time out to help get a payment plan.

My overall visit was excellent the receptionist at the front were awesome you had a new lady that started it maybe two days before my first appointment she was amazing!!! The most important thing in the best experience I had was with my oral hygienist Laurice Cota She is absolutely awesome and good at her job with the deep pockets that I had I was not sore when anesthetic wore off she’s gentle in thorough!!!

Another great cleaning visit in the books. The reception staff were friendly and helpful as usual. Hygienist made me completely comfortable and did a great job. In and out efficiently and with a brighter smile 😀
