Amazing how many good restaurants have opened in deer park in the past few years. This is one of them. Very fresh sushi, buttery consistency. The spider roll was especially good. Combination of hot fried soft shell crab and cold vegetables was pleasing to the palette. The waitress was a little nervous and timid, probably still new. Take a table, it's a little cramped at the bar. All of the ramen is good, my favorite is the pork. I prefer white meat sushi so have started paying a little more and ordering ala cart instead of sushi specials. Edemami to start.

The food quality was just ok, I went by the other reviews and wasn't really impressed or completely disappointed. This place has potential, the seafood soup was good, the sushi and sashimi were subpar for the price and the hot tea was lukewarm at best
