Normally I love this theater. The seat are big, lay all the way back and have a little table, so comfort is a 10 This time tho, the movie was blurry and out of focus. Not crisp at all. I went to the theater because I wanted to see a movie I was looking forward to on top notch equipment, but I wish I would have waited till I could have seen it at home. To much $ for a blurry showing

Best reclining seats and good screen. Poor audio immersion (e.g. the movie I saw recently only had the front speakers on and no side speakers; it was way too quiet and I actually regretted going to the theater because it did not provide a theater-like experience).

The seating location was not great because we were surrounded by teenagers talking through the movie. The staff should walk through the theater more often. The popcorn was cold and stale and the drink was like syrup-not to mention the girl at the counter was rude. Not properly trained. The seats were fairly comfortable. Theater also needs better security as you exit the premises. Anyway I got sick when I got home. First time in over 40 years and I will not go back there. Island 16 from now on.

Google reviewed all of the theaters close by. I was concerned about finding a clean movie theater. All of the theaters that I have been to in the area are not clean and this really makes me uncomfortable. The Regal Ronkonkoma did not disappoint me. It was very clean. Great air quality. The seats are so comfortable and there is plenty of comfortable distance between each seat. The girl who took our order for food was so nice. She even said that they would bring our son his pizza when it was ready so we wouldn't miss the show. This is our go to theater. We love it!
