Gym is usually pretty clean and run well. Staff are nice too. There's also an extensive selection of equipment (free weights downstairs, cardio and pin system weights upstairs). I don't use some of these things but they do have: clean showers, a sauna, a women's gym, a core workout room and more.

Great gym, TONS of equipment, clean. Will definitely be staying. As for some improvement, I do have to say a lot of people at this gym do not clean their equipment. It is really gross and I wish there was a better way to mandate this because I don't want to sit on someone's sweat. The women's gym is fantastic! It would definitely be even more amazing if some things were added, like a cable machine so I can do kickbacks without being stared at. I wish it was bigger, I think a lot of women would love that. I was a member at golds for about 1.5 years and only cancelled because I moved. My favorite part about it was the “womens gym” the little room downstairs, it’s usually empty! It’s also super clean and nice and was very easy to cancel when I moved.

I was definitely skeptical to come back to the gym post-COVID but Gold's takes "clean" very seriously! They have gone above and beyond to ensure that I have a safe and clean experience while working out. Overall, they are extremely personable and helpful toward every member, you can expect one of a kind service from this gym as they genuinely care about making your gym experience a good one!
