Just Salad, on May 13, 2022, at 663 Lexington Avenue, was my first-time visit. I ordered The Rancher and immediately realized it contains the ingredient brown rice. I stopped the POS server and wanted to change the order to The Keto. I was happy and went to my parked car and ate in. When I got to the bottom of my bowl, I was startled to see the brown rice. I was very disappointed and realized the employees there do not care. Thus, my negative experience was cognitive dissonance. Just Salad's mission statements do not resonate with my mind, body, and spirit.

This is the last time I’ll Order from this place. They use the worst part of lettuce which is turning brown and rotting tomatoes, continuously forget to include salad dressing.. it’s unacceptable when you’re charging 24 dollars for a salad! It should at least be fresh! Never again! Just Garbage! Avoid this place. I completely disagree, your vegetables are borderline rotting. It’s gross and an absolute waste of money! How can you not make a decent salad when that’s all you do?

Love this place! So close to my job. Staff is great. Food is great as well. I love that they sell the reusable salad bowls for only $1!! So worth it. For food: The California and the Southwest salad are great, and I loveeee their avocado and hummus toasts. Delicious.

Just Salad never disappoints! And this location is my favorite.. quick, affordable and healthy! I can always trust Just salad to have my back even when I forget my lunch at home (for the millionth time!)
