If I can put -10 I will I went there this Morning only 2 ppl very slow it’s ok , 4 ppl b4 me All there orders were wrong one woman came back because they double charged her she was asking why and the woman working there wanted to HIT her and yelling at her and she kept arguing instead of just correct her mistake we were all in SHOCK after they refunded her half of the money when showed them she was charged double on the bank app the other guys started yelling at her 2 that woman should just Sue Them And Sue Dunkin Donuts for everything she went through A MUST ppl go there to get there orders and leave Not to get Aggravated and get double charged AVOID THIS PLACE GO TO STARBUCKS NEXT BLOCK NICE PPL POLITE AND FAST

The staff is the problem here, i love Dunkin’ but this is possibly the worst one in the country because of their attitudes. Wont say hello and even worse wont reply when i would say good morning or thank you. They will never understand oatmilk because ive ordered it in my coffee minimum 7 times and every single time they have to remake it. The coffee is watered down and tastes nasty. The last time i told them my coffee was supposed to have oatmilk and not almond milk the gentlemen spilled half of my coffee and just added oatmilk in the ore existing coffee. Not the way they should act when im paying $6 for a coffee. I really hope the owner reads these and makes some changes.

I decided to try their new Grilled Cheese Melt WITH! Forest Black Ham and the lady tries to give me a regular grilled cheese and I’m like “uh I asked for ham” so she proceeds to open the same grilled cheese and adds the ham and this is what I got. One tiny piece of ham in this big sandwich like you’ve got to be kidding me. On top of that it was nasty and hard like NEVER AGAIN! Oh also ya need to open ya ears and listen to the customers order for real, gonna have nerve to catch an attitude when you got the order wrong smh disappointed
