The store does trade in for store credit (in the form of 25% off until the credit amount is used up and it doesn't expire), but does not give cash out directly.
Like Sarah said, go in and ask or call. I believe they may with a workers permit possibly, but not 100% sure. I did some work there and there was a fairly young man working on a Sunday.
