I like this place in several ways. An extra service was presumed onto our dog's bill, and it was left on the invoice by a different party than the person left to facilitate check-out when my husband picked up our pet. The office was expedient with reversing charges. Their vaccinations are reasonable and the staff is personable and overall organized, although like everyone, they may need to make extra efforts to communicate clearly between one another.

My experience was bad with the doctor from the first moment, as she did not want to touch my kitten much, she really does not have a vocation to be a pet doctor or maybe it was due to discrimination, but I did not like the service at all.
