This is one of those instances that if I could leave a 0 I would. There was only one nice person in the interaction we had. Thanks hey were skimpy on the toppings. I asked for a little cilantro on the top, as I like this and not lettuce. I was told no, when I said really, she said she would ask the manager, who said no. I asked her to let the person who said know that this was the first time in the 10 years I have been coming to chipotle, in 4 different states that I was told you are not “allowed” to have cilantro. Then when I asked for salt, I was told, rather rudely, that we don’t have salt for customers. This was the WORST time I’ve ever had at a chipotle, and don’t think I will be coming back to this location. I will drive farther just to get better service!

Whoever the district manager is needs to pay this location a visit. The staff is rude, the portions are beyond small and the cleanliness can be better. I’ve been to multiple chipotle’s and they have never tried to charge me to get my sides on the side in the small clear containers. This location did and the sarcasm from the staff was beyond rude.

Haven't been to Chipotle in several months. Tonight was first time ordering on the app. We ordered 2 burrito bowls. One bowl was missing 3 items and the other was missing two items. The guac was the size of a nickel. Both bowls were a 3rd of their regular size, normally you barely get the lid on. The organic lemonaide was terrible. We were still hungary, we never finish our bowls in past visits.

While most Chipotle's are awesome, it may be a new rule... Apparently you're not allowed to have much cauliflower rice. Like... At all. See the picture. All that you see, is all there is. VERY expensive for VERY LITTLE food. Extra two dollars for.... "Double meat" is an extra four dollars. For nothing extra. You're also only allowed 7 pieces of lettuce. You can count them in the photo. You don't get a fork with a burrito bowl... Use your fingers. Second star ONLY because my kid didn't like the chicken quesadilla, so they remade a cheese one. TL:DR STOP PATRONIZING THIS CHIPOTLE'S. Needs to be shut down or retrained
