I only have one issue with this store. My cashier yesterday Sam after I spent $289.00 actually asked me if I needed help bagging my groceries when I offered to help him. When I asked him about his responsibility to bag. He stopped bagging period. He turned to get ready to help the next customer. I was a manager for a major retail store. You complete your transaction with your current customer before moving on to the next. If I need to buy bags and bag my own groceries I can take my business across the street to ALDi’s . ShopRite isn’t a discount grocery store like Aldi’s how ever the cashiers act like it is. I felt him asking me the customer if I needed help to bag my groceries was rude and certainly bad customer service. If ShopRite is requiring the customers to bag their own groceries, a sign needs to be posted so that the customer knows and can take their business somewhere else where the cashiers ring and bag.

Great store with great employees. Also a great company to work for. Here my son got his first job while he was attending HS. He loved it and felt appreciated by the management.

Nice , clean market with some very good weekly specials . Need to have more cashiers like the Shoprites in Brookfield and Southbury Ct .Too many self service registers in my opinion - you are not a Stop & Shop or Walmart and I expect more since you are family owned . Cashiers are consistently excellent which is a highlight of my visits .

We strictly follow all required protocols in accordance with guidance from the State of Connecticut and the recommendations of the CDC. We require masks of all customers, excepting only those with medical documentation from a licensed practitioner. We sanitize our carts daily. We utilize plexiglass partitions at the Courtesy Desk and Front End registers. We offer touchless payment. We disinfect touchpoints frequently throughout the day. We ask our customers follow our signage for one way aisles. We also do a temperature and health screening of our associates daily, and practice social distancing with regard to meetings and our break room. If you have further specific questions about our practices, please feel free to call our store and ask for the Manager on Duty, who can answer any of your questions.
