The pizza is excellent, 5 stars , ordering it by phone is a side show, 1 star .It's not a person who takes the order, so I wanted an order of garlic sticks with my pizza and the automated system wanted to put garlic on my pizza and not order the garlic sticks lol What a joke.

I would have gave them a five star but because the Philly cheese steak single without double the meat there was barely any meat but I was told it tasted good I got double the meat which was even better the cinnamon twists are really really good so I mean overall The taste is really really good but I think they could really step up the meat department for the Philly cheese steaks that was my only complaint

Bad customer service, didn’t try to explain anything about how to fix an order and rudely interrupts me and cancels the order without hearing the issue and hangs up the phone. when I clearly just had questions and due to bad reception was treated very rudely. I have ordered from this location before and the food was also improperly handled and with an inside source and having a few new employees you would think they would straighten out the this location.

Food is good every other time your order. You give them 100% of your money you’ll get 80% of your food. I order a buffalo chicken I get no hot sauce and every other bit you will have chicken some of the slices of pizza had one piece of chicken on it so if you don’t bite the whole thing in one bit you just bought a expensive cheese pizza. When you ask for a Brooklyn pizza make sure they cut it all the way if not it starts breaking apart if you try to do it by hand
