Help was awesome. Would like if they was trained better to know their products. Couldn't tell me how a nose hoop worked but was eager to find someone who can. Wanted a jewelry but one earing was broken and they said they couldn't trade it out with another so I could buy it 😔

I know Hot Topic looks kind of scary from the outside if you've never been before and I know the music can be a bit loud, but they sell all kinds of cute plushies and t-shirts (band merch and anime, mostly but also just alternative style!) They have jewelry like earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and other body mod jewelry! But yeah! Hot Topic is one of my favourite places to go! (I'm pretty biased though, so take this review with a grain of salt 😅😂🤷🏻‍♀)
