I went for an alignment check; unlike other place I had gone before - Pat took his time understand why alignment, and then suggested to get the tires checked before getting alignment done - he came down to the car, took a look on all 4 tires, and commented on the tire status, and also suggested the options. He took his time to do all these inspections and listened to me in patience! He could have just said - "yeah let's do alignment" to get business - But no, he took time to inspect and give suggestion which I highly appreciate!!.. Appreciate his time, his suggestions and his honesty!.. Will definitely go back to him, after I finish what he suggested
