Firstly, the animosity in some of these reviews is really uncalled for. As the vet themselves have pointed out, they're providing a service to the community that is affordable and necessary and don't deserve to be called names or treated poorly. That being said, I'd recommend this vet only to people who have the time to spend attempting to be seen here. If you have 4 hours to kill and don't need a guarantee (or even a marginal progress update) that you'll be seen, the care here is actually very good and affordable. Discharge notes were clear and invoice included post care instructions. Staff was friendly and attentive and clearly loved animals. It's just too bad there's nothing they could do about improving the walk-in experience. Please, in the future, don't say "it should be quick" at 10:30 if wait time data is not available to you. I arrived and left a voicemail at 9:55am, submitted my form at 9:45am~ before I arrived, was contacted at 10:30am (with a confirmation of my submission information) and was not contacted again before they closed at 2pm. I left at 2:05pm. I was not even called before they closed fully at 4pm.

Don't do it. Staff should just say, make sure you call at 8am to check in at 10 am, hours before you even get to the parking lot because clearly that's what people are doing. Arrived at 9:20am and got a call at 10:15 saying it would be an hour wait. Now three hours later and everyone else that showed up after me has been seen. Honestly don't think this place should be open, if anything actually scheduling people, maybe five clients a day - that's all they should be seeing or advertising for. Oh and never got seen after four hours of waiting..

My dog's condition got quickly worsened and died in 4 days after the visit to them, who provided 7 days of antibiotics and told me to contact them after 7 days. My dog's condition never showed improvements in a few days, so I took her to another clinic, where they did more tests immediately, and found out the infection got too severe to save my dog at that point. I wished I never took her to My Pet Vet Clinic in the first place.

My Pets Vet Clinic is now the only place that I will take any of my furrballs! I adopted the coolest little tuxedo kitten 3 weeks ago and 1 week prior to that he was taken to them for an umbilical hernia surgery. They did a great job and after a week of healing with his mama I was able to bring him home. I noticed a couple of days ago there was something under his incision so I called My Pets Vet Clinic and they were quick to respond and suggest I bring him in free of charge. They examined him and told me it was only the steel sutures they used and that he is just fine! The staff was awesome! Tina, whom I talked to over the phone, was helpful, kind, fast and professional. Thank you My Pets Vet Clinic!!

We can euthanize your cat. Depending on presenting condition we would recommend a Quality of Life exam with one of our doctors. This is where the doctor will exam your cat and ask questions concerning the quality of the cats life. Our doctors will NOT tell you what to do, however they WILL ensure you make an informed decision either way. If you have any further questions please feel free to call. 425-889-0808 Thank you for your question.
Juile I'm not sure what vaccines you taking about. We DO vaccinate pets and HIGHLY advise them. As far as the covid vaccine that is your choice either way. Clients that are our are not vaccinated may come in with the assistant at the time the doctor is ready to see your pet...HOWEVER you must wear a mask
no not all. We believe in all pets being vaccinated
No we are not "antivaxers" we most deeply believe in vaccines. That is at the core of all veterinarians, vaccines are not 100% however it is much better for our pets to have vaccines than not.
We have all had our vaccines. We don't have people in our lobby because 1 not every client is vaccinated 2 there are other varients and we don't want to loose any staff we have especially our Doctor
Payment is due at the time of service. We do our best to give the most affordable care. We also accept care credit, along with credit/debit we are not accepting cash at this time.
Well it really depends on your price range and what type of insurance you want. Some cover preventive medicine, and problematic visits ( like ear infections) some will cover vaccines. Others only cover emergencies. Some will also have a waiting period for certain breeds that have "Known conditions" so get a pen and paper and call them and get your information, weigh out your "pros and cons" But for you Carol now is defiantly the time while we are still a puppy with few issues, basically your paying into it so as she gets older things can get taken care of without as much of a hardship on you. With I believe all the pet insurance it is like the old insurance where you pay your provider and then send in all your forms, then they reimburse you whatever your contract implies. Email us if you have any other questions
As of right now CBD has not actually been approved by the FDA for use in animals. There are a lot of veterinarians that use it, however our doctor will not prescribe to it. We do have other products that we can recommend
If you only need toenails clipped, do you have to pay for an office visit at $45? Or just a clipping. My fog is also up-to-date on all shots.
Clinic is awesome! Staff is great! You will have to call to get a price. 😀
I believe female cats are $44. You would have to go on their website or call.
Not sure if they euthanize birds but a bird specialist just down the street probably does
