They need to have better customer service, why would you have closing at 12 am and I’m calling at 11:15 and getting hanged up on, instead of answering and explaining you guys ain’t accepting orders after a certain time!!!they sure won’t be getting my monies or my peoples money..

This place went downhill quick I used to use them before Covid and the last two months I called them 5×4 out of five times they went to the wrong address they called me from the wrong address yelling at me because I’m not answering the door I told the guy nobody’s out front yells at me again I said sir I’m in Westspringfield not Springfield he said yes I’m in Springfield I said no I’m in West Springfield you’re at the wrong address again this is four out of five times that I’ve used them in the last two months finally I called the shop and I asked for hot food because every time it gets here it’s lukewarm at best she yelled at me and said just take the food the drivers almost there I should me and I’d rather hot food please I don’t wanna cold food Four times in a row she swore at me I said please just refund my money tell your driver to turn around please refund my money she swore at me again I can’t even say it here and she told me never to call back again and hung up on me. I will be calling the health department in the morning because today is Fourth of July nobody’s open.

Food arrived lukewarm at best. And if you get the Greek salad, know that their feta is more like tofu. Horrible flavor and squeaks like rubber when you chew it. If that’s what they make in house, they should probably start out-sourcing. And don’t bother calling to voice your concern. They’ll tell you “this is how we do it” and hang up. I’d give zero stars if I could.
