As they're set up differently, this is for the location at Shoppes at Carlsbad. It's been a while since we went to Dave & Buster's but we had some buy one get one coupons for games. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The quality of games was a lot better, and we had a lot of fun competing against each other. They even have a sit down VR section. I really liked it. We did the Terminator scenario...and yes the graphics weren't the greatest...but it was action packed and you felt like you were in the game.

It's Dave & Busters, what's not to like!! Fun for kids of all ages. The Carlsbad mall location is perfect. The food is good & fairly priced. The only negative & this isn't a dig on D&B; they suffer from lack of employees. Not usually a problem, except during peak hours. The wait time & service for food & drinks can be rather long.

My husband and I brought our kids over the weekend and we were amazed by all the great and helpful employees they have. I bought the 4 player pack of $60 dollars each with the front desk lady Aaliyah and she was AMAZING. She was very helpful, walked me through the different prices they have and gave me a great run down on everything they had here. She told me to let her know if I had any questions with anything after we finished the transaction. My server Danica was also great and super nice. The food was delicious! I got the Steak salad and it was tasty and filling. Both Aaliyah and Danica made my Dave & Busters experience wonderful. My family and I will be coming back for sure.

Never been here before but heard a lot of good things about it. My kids wanted to go and play arcade games but my wife and I wanted a more sit down meal to our surprise we were able to get both our food was amazing the service was great the kids had fun I would come back here again in a heartbeat. We all shared the pretzel as the appetizer, the beer cheese was outstanding!

The games were removed to make way for different games. I'm unsure if it's permanent or temporary as I've heard different things

Yes, but be aware it is loud and noisy with the music and games. You cannot sit at the bar, but you can carry your drinks around or be seated at a dining table.
They do offer that deal on week days. Not on Friday-Sunday. Also they have half price Wednesdays.
