I'm very particular about Italian food but Coppola's in Highland was phenomenal. Among moderately priced Italian restaurants in the area, this one deserves top honors. First they served garlic and Italian bread to snack on ‐ the garlic bread was very good. Then came the house salad which was fresh with cucumbers, tomatoes and carrots. The only negative was iceberg lettuce and I didn't care that much for their house dressing, but they offer plenty of other dressings. I had Chicken Sorrentino, which was absolutely the best I've ever had ‐ ANYWHERE. It also came with a side of pasta. Their red sauce contains meat and has a delicious tangy flavor. Really EXCELLENT tomato sauce. For dessert I had their tartufo. How can one not like ice cream covered in a dark chocolate shell? I've had better, but this was still really delicious. Our server Diane was very friendly and pleasant and just seemed like a genuinely nice person. I should add that I've deducted points for restaurants that rush one dish right after the next before you've had a chance to finish the current dish. Not so here. Everything was perfectly timed. A thoroughly enjoyable dining experience.

My son in law treated 3 of us to take out food from this restaurant. My daughter and him has ordered from them many times in the past and had only good things to say. Well let me tell you that he wasted 170.00 because the food was terrible and the portions wouldn't fill my 2 year old grandson. None of the dinners were made the way they were described on the menu. He ordered shrimp scampi and got 5 shrimp. What a joke. The prices are outrageously high. My daughter ordered a chicken dish that was supposed to have cherry peppers in it and it came with jalapenos instead. That ruined the entire meal bc it was all extremely spicy and it wasn't supposed to be a spicy dish. Food presentation was non existent. Oh and mine was cold. They also had to wait an additional 20 minutes on top of the original 45 that was quoted. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone. Save your hard earned cash. What he paid and the terrible quality of the meal was an absolute disgrace and a total rip off.

The food was delicious, the staff was very welcoming and they genuinely care about the food being served to customers. This establishment is a hidden gem for authentic Italian cuisine.
