By far the best DMV i have ever visited. This in nit like any government office i have ever visited. the people are hard working, accomodating, friendly, helpful and SUPER NICE. I wish all government offices took some lessons from these folk. They are fantastic. Thank you all for all you do!

DO NOT ROAD TEST HERE! Worst experience ever. 3 failed road test & 1 passed. Every single time there was a different instructor with no communication of what was being done incorrectly. None of them were happy or friendly except the very last instructor. No communication at the end of every test except at the last test. They make parents stand OUTSIDE while student tests. No matter what the weather is. Ridiculous. They punish all students due to an incident that happened to an instructor, so you cannot find out your results untill 6PM. Scored worse everytime. The absolute worse experience for a new driver, coming from a parent, who would not put my child behind the wheel if they didn't have the basics of driving down. I also assume this is the absolute WORST ROAD TEST site because they are the only ones that test between Glen Falls & Troy. I will say there were 2 gentlemen during all of this that were great. That is the only positive I can say.
