From my first call to inquire about becoming a First Fuel and Propane customer, I had the pleasure of speaking with Rebecca, the sales rep. She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make my change over as easy and seamless as possible. The installation of our new tank was handled by service tech, Richie J., and he made the process smooth and easy and quick. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. We contacted them after our previous propane company did not deliver. Needless to say, we were in a panic. We contacted First Fuel and Propane. They immediately opened an account for us, sent us a contract, and received a propane delivery the next day! Now that's what I call excellent service. Not only that, but it was much cheaper than the other company. And I had several questions. I emailed Christina and would receive a prompt response either within a few minutes or the next day.
