Really friendly service and a great selection of yarns! I bought some of the house-dyed yarn, which comes in a wide range of tonals and variegated + speckled colorways, but they also offer some more affordable options in a variety of fibers. I will definitely go back the next time I'm on the coast.

Great little local yarn shop on the main street in Cannon Beach. We were able to get parking right across the street in the late afternoon off-season. The house line of yarn had some really fun locally-inspired colorways with a wide selection available, and there were several local yarns / yarn lines available as well. I’d definitely go back again if I were in the area!

Much to my husband’s dismay I love to purchase local yarns from anywhere I go. I really did not imagine I would find a yarn store in the middle of a tourist spot so I was quite pleased to find Coastal Yarns. When I walked in the attendant was very friendly and when I asked what they had in the way of local yarns I was blown away. Most places just have a small to medium offering so two huge walls of local hand died yarns 🤩🤪. Then I had to choose which was even harder. I chose the Pineapple super wash merino wool and disregarded my husband’s many texts to remember my budget😁😁. If you love yarn don’t miss out on this place.
