Edit and update: I cannot say enough good things about this place. I'm a first time mom with a newborn and a skittish mastiff. They helped me so much during our visit making sure we were all good. Holding the pup so I could get the baby back to sleep. Helping us to and from the car. Literally just so helpful and kind. Thank you so much affordable pet care team! Your kindness makes a huge difference!!! Great service. So kind and caring with our big dog. We always know she will be loved on and cared for!!

As stated they are affordable but be clear not cheap in quality. It's clear when you walk in it's not about fancy wall paper it's about your pet. I've taken my dogs here for a while now. They are constant, always treating me with up most care and the pups love going. Yes they are off the beaten path but well worth the extra travel time. I do recommend this vet and hope you have the same experience as I.

I just love these guys. We found out while we were out of town that the emergency center said our Tommy would likely only live till the end of the week. My daughter was really upset and said if that was the case she wanted him take him to Apc. The compassionate kindness that was given to our Tommy at the end of his life was so comforting and really made the reality of his passing a lot easier for my daughter.

What a joke of a “pet care clinic”. Let’s start with the fact that they never answer their phone and you have to leave a message there you have to hope gets returned. They sent a prescription twice to a pharmacy with absolutely no information on how to reach me to let me know the prescription was filled then they sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy then I call and leave a message wondering if they can send it to a different place besides there to fill it not only do they send the prescription they sent it to the wrong place they didn’t called to let me know they were feeling it and in the meantime my dog has ran out of medicine twice because of them. As soon as I got some lady who acted like she was some sort of manager in that office who decided to record the conversation without my permission and forgot to push record on that when she was talking then proceeded to talk over me so I couldn’t say anything on her recording. Go figure after I call them out on their unprofessionalism and their lack of knowledge to do simple things including care for my animal and make sure he gets his medicine, I get an email telling me that they don’t think they can see me or my pets anymore after I already informed them that I would no longer be going there. You make several mistakes that include the safety and well-being of my animal and you expect I’m not gonna raise my voice when I call you? You guys need a complete overhaul not only does the office stink but half the people that work there have no clue what they’re doing
