I enjoy working for Home Matters Caregiving they really care about their employees because I ran out of gas and I made a quick call to work and no sooner did Heidi come and get me and take to me shift she was very understanding. And Adaysia called me to check in to me sure I made it home safely after my situation and it made me truly feel honored ro work for a company that cares about their workers in a hard situation like that. And Susie she is an amazing recruiter and makes tou feel at I am working for family here. And every Staff member I have met so far as has been so professional and respectful that I could be happier working for a company that pays their workers good and matches each caregiver with the best option of amazing residents. Thank you for adding me to your team.

Home Matters Caregiving is an amazing company. Their care of my Mom has been exemplary. I highly recommend them.

We hired Home Matters to assist with my mothers care. A smart educated women who is unfortunately grappling with dementia. Home matters said they could help provide medication 4 times a day. From the beginning things were off. Medication was not provided properly, putting my mom at risk and only 30 -40% of the care giving team seemed like they had any training at all. Today they left a sleeping pill next to her morning medication. Home Matters did not follow schedules they proposed and their nurse made commitments that she did not keep. Medications were not loaded on time or properly into her pill boxes. The experience was a disaster and quite frankly I felt guilty for allowing such a horrible company in the door. I would recommend finding another company.
