Beautiful park with clean restrooms and a gorgeous view of the city. Definitely one of my favorite places in the city. There's no playground but plenty of picnic tables and a grass field.

Evenings ARE usually more crowded, with people playing basketball and lots of walkers. Less people would be during the day
