One of the worst companies I've EVER had the displeasure of dealing with. They took an "application fee" from dozens of families in need, for an apartment that wasn't even ready. Then they completely ignored all of the applicants. I wouldn't even be surprised if they used the application fees for the apartment repairs. I tried getting answers or updates for 3 WEEKS and their "manager", Will S-Borchers, didn't even have the decency to open a single one of my, or many other's messages for 3+ weeks. Renters BEWARE of this place. If they treat needy families like this, I can only imagine how they are as landlords. They should all be ashamed. If you need storage, I would recommend finding another company that genuinely cares.

Ashley and Doug are both very helpful. They answer my questions. They were patient and able to reserve a storage room for me when I was waiting on movers to move my items into storage.
