Robert Andersen was my lawyer and I have nothing but great things to say, he responded to every email I sent and called me so that I can explain my situation. After talking with him he found a few issues already that he could use in court to try and get my ticket dismissed and the day of court he called me with great news and told me my ticket was dismissed, he kept my driving record of 30 years clean! In most criminal cases we charge a flat fee as opposed to an hourly fee. The flat fee varies depending on the extent and complexity of the case. We always offer a free consultation on criminal matters which is when we would provide you a quote.
This law office is excellent! They responded immediately and have continued to do so. I dont know if they have pro bono or low bono assistant program. I am disabled which the attorney knows,and i was not told about those programs so i dont think they have one. This office deals with criminal cases. If you call thier office they can confirm your questions. Sorry I wasn't to much help other than this attorney's office is excellent and attorney erin Erin Mcaleer is top in the state of Washington!
