This building had a good reputation but the new management company (Veris) does a very poor job at maintaining the property. The management team does not reply to your emails for weeks and when they reply, they do not provide any solution. We moved in last month. The blinds in the bedroom were broken. The maintenance person refused to provide any solution/replacement. We ended up installing curtains on our own. The dishwasher in our unit acts weird from time to time sometimes completely failing to clean the dishes. The front panel buttons are also defective and some configurations do not work. Even after creating multiple maintenance requests, the management failed to provide any solution. The thermostat does not work. We have to manually turn the AC off when the room gets too cold and vice versa. The management again failed to provide any comments.

Lived here for 8 months on a short term lease and month to month, and got to really love Liberty Towers. Maybe I got lucky, but I had no problems as a resident, management was always nice and responsive. When our washer broke, they replaced it the next day. And amenities are fantastic. My favorite was the fitness classes.

Lisbeth and Nadia in the leasing office we're very helpful. The buildings are kept very clean, and they are doing a great job keeping the amenity spaces open in a safe way despite the pandemic. The residents are very good about following covid guidelines. It's a very safe and friendly building. Update: 1 year in, and we still love it here.

While we still have not found the right apartment in JC yet, we are impressed by the work attitude from leasing agent Hande & appreciate her effort and assistance. I understand it’s her job to put some pressure on clients to get business, but damn shes efficient and she even responds to emails late at night on Sundays. we have lived in several countries for our work so we have a good share on leasing experience 4 stars cause we are currently not living here so we can’t say if it’s a great place to live, but we feel she deserves the recognition for doing better than many leasing agents all around the globe.
