My Reservation and confirmation said a king size bed room. The receptionist at the desk was very slow like he didn’t know what he was doing. When I received my key to the room he gave me a Queen bed size room. When I went back to the receptionist desk he said agoda made an error and he had no king room available. DONT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. IT ALSO LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE RUNNING A HOMELESS SHELTER HERE. My money was none refundable and it had no choice but to except the room. IM CALLING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

I had an enjoyable stay here. The rooms are all equipped with a firestick for the TV. The rooms also have mini fridges. The beds Re comfy, the rooms are clean, every thing available for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Room #309 was one of the worst rooms I stayed in. It had stains on the curtains, on the ceilings, especially around the smoke detector. it also had a hole in the wall near the window plus burnt marks above the mirror on the wall. This particular room is by one of the main exits on the floor and it gets very noisy at night with the door slamming with a loud shut because of the constant traffic making it hard to enjoy yourself. The sheets had some blue markings on them when i went to try to get better sheets the guy said it was limited due to covid. I do not approve of this place.
