Not very friendly over the phone. I spoke with Ken, the manager, and asked if they could take a Super Nintendo and if so how much of a credit I could get. He couldn’t give me an estimate and told me to go somewhere else. Great customer service

A five star does not fit this store. It's just to low. The employees have been great. They have spent the time to teach my boys and my self everything they can about magic the gathering. They have dug threw endless lists to help us find the cards we have searched for. They have given there input to help us build stronger and much more fun decks to play. while the store's inventory may be somewhat lacking at times, they always seem to have a sharp memory of what you were looking for the last time you were in.
