Felt like they were very discriminating from the time I walked in. I never knew a subway to ring me up before they even know what I wanted to order. Don't you usually tell them what you want first ?? Staff made me very uncomfortable

Whoever was working on Monday, February 8th 2021 around 7pm,, let me use their bathroom and then walked in on me. When I told him to get out, he asked why he couldn’t watch. Be careful ladies! (And men. I don’t know which ways he swings).

The first man that makes the sandwiches does not pay attention and does not seem to speak English well. The lady in green is EXTREMELY rude, only talks to other workers and IN ANOTHER LANGUAGE ONLY!! Then when you tell her what you need, and she still doesn’t pay attention and begins slamming stuff around and trying to correct my sandwich order as if I work at subway. I don’t so I don’t care! They constantly snicker and make jokes in whatever language they speak after every single BLACK client! The lines move extremely slow because they are too busy talking and laughing and honestly waist a lot of the customers times. I have recorded a video of the entire situation. I hope the entire staff working Friday August 2, 2019 at 5 pm gets FIRED!!! They are all rude and are laughing over and over again at the customers. Very rude and very uncomfortable.

Great customer service from Jose AMAZING! Never went to a subway and got treated how he did with a smile and joy even tho it’s almost the end of his day/shift. I recommend this subway franchise to anyone. 5 stars amazing! Food tasted great !
