When I left the restaurant with my kid, a very old guy asked to my kid if he could gave him the sandwich. He told him that no, but the guy started to kick my kid with walking stick. Then cameras appeard and told us that it was for a TV programme, but my kid ended without the sandwich. While they were preparing my son’s sandwich, the worker was touching his feet and nose.

They used to have BBQ sauce and lately they been telling me they don't have it anymore. It was perfect for a type of sandwich I always order from them and its depressing I can't get it with my favorite sauce anymore. Ill give it more stars if they start carrying BBQ sauce.

Very rude and very nasty! Went in there today (11/8 ) while another customer couldnt make up his mind he let me go before him, so the guy just know that he is Indian and his name starts with an H rolled his eyes and asked me what do i want... like excuse me ! No hun thats not how u ask someone. i pray your were properly trained which it seems not to be, not only him but this was not been my first time others i brushed off like i was in a rush,but they do not greet guest as they enter they dont even acknowledge people as we enter their establishment.Best of all after placing my order he throw it on the table and says go. Very very nasty and rude !! Should hire a whole new entire team. 0 stars if i could.

I wanted to give zero stars after the BS I experienced today!!! I walked into subway during a bike ride to Pelham park. I entered because I had to use the bathroom. I asked the man I believe was the manager if there was a bathroom available for customers. By saying that I am implying I understand I know I must make a purchase before I'm allowed to use the bathroom. He then says, you have to make a purchase before you can use the bathroom. I get on line they're taking care of the customer in front of me, then a woman asked me how she can help me, I ask her again the man said I can use the bathroom after making a purchase, she said yes. I ask her if she sells water here, the man I spoke to first interrupts me with an attitude and says oh no you have to buy a sandwich! I say to him didn't you say I had to make a purchase, you never said I had to buy a sandwich... He continues to shout at me as I repeat myself a customer he's helping starts to yell so I can't be heard, i continue speaking until my sentence is finished and heard. I said to him if ThAT is a rule, it should be specified at the time I'm asking. He changed the rule with in minutes. I feel this was inhuman I cannot believe that I had to deal with that man, I've never had such terrible customer service from a subway... I am complaining because I felt he was unfair and I didn't appreciate his attitude. Thank you for listening
