One of my favorite places in NYC. Despite the fact that Brighton beach is very noisy and dirty...and population is very specific 😉😉😉. But ocean board walk brings you peace, it is awesome!

Not that i know of. The best thing to do is to practice in an area you're comfortable with, and have someone with a license be there with you.
