At the end of the day nothing is more frustrating than waiting. They don’t want you to call till after you get your luggage but will take an additional 30 plus minutes to pick you up. After a long day of the travel the last thing anybody wants to do is wait more. This is in addition to the fact that they won’t wait an extra 10 seconds for you to come outside. Time to step it up !!!!

I dare say this is the best long term parking lot near JFK at a reasonable price. From first phone call to book until I drove my car off the parking lot it's five star service. Professional and courteous. Drop off and pick service is excellent. Barely after coming out of terminal building our ride was waiting. Our car was ready at the lot. If you are planning long term parking near JFK then this is it.

I tried them for the first time with my car last month. They are trust worthy. Shuttle to airport was quick and the pick up was easy breezy too. My car was ready to go the moment I got off the shuttle on the Way back. I have another trip planned in a few and already reserved my spot. This place is so convenient and super close to JFK airport!

Depends on time of day.. If early am like 5-6am it takes 3-5 mins.. If busy afternoon like 10 mins.. When u get back call once ur waiting for ur luggage.. They come and pick u up.. And in the winter time they have ur car waiting for u and it's running so u be nice and warm 👍

Hi Georgia. Shuttles leave for the airport terminals every few minutes and deliver you right to the departure level of your airline. We always recommend arriving as early as possible to counter any unforeseen airport conditions and delays.

Hi Nancy, We always advise to leave extra time due to changing airport conditions. You should aim to be at SmartPark about 30 minutes before you want to arrive at the terminal to allow yourself some wiggle room. Of course, it is always helpful to leave extra time (two hours) for the entire process of security and check-in.

You don't need to make a reservation, but if you traveling during a busy season, I'd recommend you will make it. It will speed up the drop off, since they'll have all the info before your arrival . Plus you'll know exactly how much it will cost including taxes.
